Meditation, Mindfulness & Inspiring Talks:
All it takes is 10 mindful minutes.
- Ted Talk: 10 Mindful Minutes
Most people assume that meditation is all about stopping thoughts, getting rid of emotions, somehow controlling the mind. But actually it’s … about stepping back, seeing the thought clearly, witnessing it coming and going.

Bilateral Music: Listen to bilateral music with earbuds or headphones for optimal benefit. Bilateral sound is used to activate the parasympathetic (calming) nervous system and promotes left-right brain communication integration and harmony. It can be used in therapy but many people use it at home and find it promotes brain calming and relaxation. If you are tense or anxious, listening to bilateral sound will help you calm down. If you are in a calm state already, you will likely find your way into an even calmer state. This soothing effect varies from person to person and situation to situation. Some people respond quickly, while others take longer.

Steve Jobs:
- How to Live Before you Die Steve Jobs’ 2005 Stanford Commencement Address
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs
